You'll be the first point of contact for our customers: managing concerns, creating work orders, coordinating with technicians, and keeping people informed from drop-off to pickup. This role is about building trust, staying organized, and recommending the right work based on real customer needs. What We're Looking For - Experience in service advising, tire sales, or automotive customer service - Hands-on mechanical or tire knowledge; you don't need to be a technician, but you need to understand what's under the hood - Solid communication and organizational skills - Comfortable working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Valid driver's license - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Schedule - Full-time, 40 hours per week - Tuesday–Saturday - 4-day, 10-hour shifts during slower periods - Overtime during busy seasons Compensation - $22–$32/hour depending on experience and performance - Annual profit share bonus - Cost-shared health, dental, and vision benefits - RRSP matching - Paid training and clear opportunities for advancement Why Fountain Tire Penticton We don't believe in pushing unnecessary work.
