Axis Family Resources seeks a Full time Program Manager to oversee Specialized Supportive Housing Programs. Embrace community-focused programming while guiding staff and improving services. As the Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in the administration and delivery of programs for youth and adults within Community Inclusion. Your responsibilities include staff supervision, performance management, and engaging in on-call support. By prioritizing a trauma-informed approach, you will ensure effective service delivery and adherence to organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage delivery of Specialized Supportive Housing programs Supervise and evaluate program staff effectively Oversee planning and administrative functions Actively engage in after-hours support as needed Approve staff schedules and time entries Requirements: Diploma in a relevant human/social services field At least 3 years’ experience in similar roles 1 year supervisory experience necessary Solid written and verbal communication abilities Valid driver’s license and explicit Criminal Record Check Lead with dedication and compassion in community social services at Axis Family Resources.
