Axis Family Resources seeks a Full time Program Manager to oversee Specialized Supportive Housing Programs. Embrace community-focused programming while guiding staff and improving services. As the Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in the administration and delivery of programs for youth and adults within Community Inclusion. Your responsibilities include staff supervision, performance management, and engaging in on-call support. By prioritizing a trauma-informed approach, you will ensure effective service delivery and adherence to organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: • Manage delivery of Specialized Supportive Housing programs • Supervise and evaluate program staff effectively • Oversee planning and administrative functions • Actively engage in after-hours support as needed • Approve staff schedules and time entries Requirements: • Diploma in a relevant human/social services field • At least 3 years’ experience in similar roles • 1 year supervisory experience necessary • Robust written and verbal communication abilities • Valid driver’s license and explicit Criminal Record Check Lead with dedication and compassion in community social services at Axis Family Resources.
