How You Can Make a Difference: Working within a client-centered model, you''ll assist residents to/from their programs, lead engaging leisure/recreation therapy activities, and facilitate customized group sessions (social, physical, spiritual, etc.), including one-to-one programs. Your keen observations of resident progress and behavior will contribute valuable insights to the Supervisor/Recreation Therapist, influencing positive changes to existing programs.
