Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. This role involves accurately inputting, updating, and managing data within various databases and systems. The ideal candidate will possess robust computer skills, excellent typing speed, and a keen eye for detail to ensure data integrity and efficiency. Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain data within company databases with accuracy and efficiency Manage large volumes of data collection, ensuring completeness and correctness Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and record keeping Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents related to data records Support team members with data retrieval and reporting as needed Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times Experience Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred Familiarity with databases, and Microsoft Excel is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient in computer skills including data entry, typing, and basic office software applications Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in handling data-related tasks This role is essential for maintaining accurate records that support business operations.
