Office Manager (Penticton)

Sussex Insurance (inside Walmart) located at 275 Green Ave W in Penticton is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Office Manager. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in management and Auto Insurance with proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Management Responsibilities - Exercise the authority of a manager including staffing, scheduling, performance management, training, one-on-one coaching, employee recognition, and development - Ensure performance appraisals are completed and administered in a timely manner - Take appropriate action when employee performance does not meet expectations - Keep staff informed of branch manager updates and industry regulatory changes - Provide ongoing coaching focused on identifying customer needs and strengthening customer relationships Customer Service - Set and manage expectations for exceptional customer service - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally - Communicate Sussex’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in a positive and clear manner - Focus on customer retention and long-term relationship building Operations - Direct, control, and/or delegate daily branch operations - Oversee security procedures, audit controls, and end-of-day reporting - Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Salary: - $60,000–$80,000 annually - Competitive wage and perks package included How to Apply To apply: - Visit: - Fill out the contact form and upload your resume along with covering letter and select ‘ Penticton’ from the drop-down as the job you are applying for.
