As a member of the Conversion Crew, you will engage in hands-on work, transforming venues for concerts and other events. Your work will focus on equipment setup, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and supporting the team throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:• Lay down and pick up event floors as required • Reinstall acrylic glass and dasher boards for setups • Set up and break down various furniture and stages • Manage heavy lifting and operate tools as needed • Occasionally assist with outdoor tasks

Requirements:• Experience in labor roles is preferred • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays • Capability to follow basic instructions • Must wear safety footwear and PPE • Forklift or scissor lift certification is a plus
