Key Responsibilities:• Organize and manage incoming/outgoing mail • Support with stationary requests and inventory management • Print and prepare various internal and financial documents • Enter and maintain client data efficiently • Assist with event organization and meeting preparations

Requirements:• 2 to 4 years of administrative experience • Exceptional data entry and attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize and work independently • Proficient with CaseWare and/or Keystone is a plus
