Your Prospect Our Salmon Arm, Kelowna, Vernon and Kamloops offices are looking for a Manager to join the Assurance team and own the following responsibilities: Review assurance and non-assurance engagements for private or NPO organizations to ensure that relevant professional standards and Firm policies are followed Effectively plan,superviseand executeassuranceand non-assuranceengagements Assurance & Accounting projects may include preparation of financial statements, due diligence procedures, services related to capital raising, and involvement in tax services provided to assurance and non-assurance clients Develop a portfolio of new clients and business opportunities with existingclientsopportunities on an on-going basis Address client issuesin a timely manner, following BDO Policy and using yourstrong technical skills and accounting experience Applyappropriate industry/businessknowledgeinanticipating,identifyingand addressing issues relevant to the clients business How do we define success for your role?
