This is an ideal opportunity for someone starting a career in automotive sales who wants hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into a full Sales Consultant role. What You’ll Do Learn the vehicle sales process from experienced mentors Assist customers in the showroom and on the lot Conduct vehicle walkarounds and product demonstrations Support sales staff with follow-ups, appointments, and deliveries Learn dealership systems, financing basics, and inventory management Maintain a qualified and customer-focused experience Participate in training sessions and team meetings Help keep the showroom and vehicle displays organized and presentation-ready What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and social media Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Automotive knowledge is an asset, but not required Sales or customer service experience is considered an advantage What We Offer Paid training and mentorship Career growth opportunities within the dealership Competitive compensation structure Supportive and team-oriented workplace Employee discounts and dealership perks Chance to build a long-term career in automotive sales Why Join Us?
