Description
The Full-Time Program Manager for our Specialized Supportive Housing Programs will manage the Specialized Supportive Housing for youth, adults in Community Inclusion as well as provide direction to ensure that the goals and objectives of the organization are met. In addition, the Program Manager will provide planning, coordination, and administration of programs and participate in the after-hours and on-call rotation. The Program Manager will be responsible for talent management such as participation in recruitment, performance management processes, supervision of staff, creation of staff schedules, and approval of time entry on IBEX system. The successful candidate will have the ability to adapt to changes, work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate professionalism, and have a positive attitude.
