That steady growth has us looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative, and we hope our search ends with you. Customer Service The Customer Service Representative is responsible for working with customers, answering telephone inquiries, general housekeeping in their respective departments, and maintaining products and merchandising displays in their department. The Customer Service Representative reports directly to the Branch Manager. Other specific duties include: - Write up customer special orders in compliance with store policy and procedures. - Maintain product price point and identity tickets on shelf displays and hooks. - Handling customer complaints in a positive and constructive manner. - Approve returns and issue credit memos for return goods. - Identify defective products with a return goods tag. - Keep merchandise displays fresh and attractive in appearance. - Become familiar with all the products sold in their departments. - Attend all training courses as requested by management in relation to store procedures, safety, products, etc. - Be fully knowledgeable about company policy and procedures. - Ensure that products on sale or promotion are properly identified and tagged. - Be friendly, courteous and helpful to all customers and staff. - Be prepared to work in other departments as required or requested by the Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, with a base hourly wage (depending on experience).
