No experience needed, just a solid attitude and work ethic. Full disclosure, this is a physically demanding and active role working in the summer heat. Early mornings with travel around the Okanagan. What you'll be doing - Preparing asphalt surfaces for sealcoating: cleaning, blowing, crack repair - Applying sealer using pumps, squeegees, and hand tools - Travelling with the crew to job sites around the Okanagan in a company truck - Keeping equipment clean and in working order at the end of each day - Representing Coyote Sealcoating professionally with customers on-site - Capturing before-and-after photos for bonuses and marketing Who we're looking for - Reliable: you show up when you say you will, every time - Hardworking and self-motivated: you are independent - Positive attitude and team player: our crew works closely together all day - Comfortable being on the move: we cover a lot of ground in the Okanagan - Takes pride in doing a job right, not just getting it done - Driver's license preferred; reliable transportation an asset - Previous labour experience is an asset but not necessary for the right fit What we offer - $23.50–$28.50/hour.
