Registered Dietitian for Seniors Care (Peterborough)

Seasons Care seeks compassionate Registered Dietitians to enhance the nutrition and well-being of seniors in long-term care. You will evaluate dietary needs and implement personalized nutrition plans for seniors in a compassionate environment. Key Responsibilities: - Identify nutrition and hydration risks for residents - Conduct RAI assessments regularly - Develop and modify nutrition care plans - Liaise with families and multidisciplinary teams - Provide nutrition education and counseling for residents Requirements: - Registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario - Proof of liability insurance and TB testing - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in electronic medical records Make a difference in the lives of seniors by supporting their nutrition at Seasons Care.
