GENERAL MAINTENANCE/CUSTODIAN We are one of the largest property management companies located in the Region of Durham and Kawartha Lakes. We filling (1) One open position for an individual who will be responsible for the general maintenance work for our residential sites. You will be required to carry your own small tools bag, but all major materials and equipment will be provided by the Company The successful candidate must have 1-2 years job related experience. A good overall knowledge of how to do general repairs i.e. drywall, painting, plastering, small plumbing, concrete repairs i.e. patch work, fixing cracks and chips would be an asset. The successful candidate will be interacting with individuals of all ages and must provide a mature, courteous and positive attitude at all times.
