Be at the forefront of operational excellence as BWXT Nuclear Energy Canada's Continuous Improvement Leader in Peterborough, ON. Focus on enhancing production efficiency through Lean practices and mentor teams in innovation. In this key role reporting to the Operations Excellence Manager, you will shape processes within the Fuel and Fuel Handling business. You’ll implement Lean principles, analyze performance data, and drive initiatives that optimize production. Your leadership will cultivate a Lean culture across the organization.
