Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Construction Sales skilled to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to promote high-end construction and renovation services, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. Duties - Develop new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including client outreach and networking within the construction industry - Present high-end construction and renovation solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing quality and value - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms to close sales effectively - Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and market penetration - Assist in merchandising efforts by showcasing product samples or design concepts in showrooms or at client sites - Coordinate with project teams to ensure client specifications are met during the planning phase Skills - Proven experience in outside sales within the construction or renovation industry - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end sales deals - Excellent communication skills in English - Familiarity with renovation processes, construction terminology, and project management principles - Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships - Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple accounts simultaneously - Experience in marketing strategies related to retail or construction sales environments - Strong inside sales capabilities combined with proactive outreach efforts - Must have reliable transportation to drive to and from potential jobsites.
