One Fine Food is looking for an experienced cook to join our kitchen team. We are a busy, from scratch kitchen featuring Italian cuisine with great attention to detail. Our menus feature wood fired pizzas and house made pastas. Required attributes: - Capable of handling large volume services - Ability to work unsupervised while upholding high standards - Knowledge of Italian cuisine - Available to work days, evenings and weekends - 3 years of kitchen experience or culinary training - Ability to work as a part of a small, very passionate team - Ability to thrive under pressure Responsibilities: Execution of daily menu features, ensuring mise en place is consistent and of the highest quality, cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and opening and closing of the kitchen. **We thank all applicants, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
