As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for: Maintaining a clean workstation throughout service. Preparing and plating food by the methods specified in a timely manner. Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces and equipment used during service Reporting any food prep/inventory shortages to the Manager Relevant 3+ year experience is a must. Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends is mandatory. Buffet and Banquet experience is an asset. Pizza experience in an asset. Significant tips included with each pay cheque.
