Contribute to municipal projects as a Civil Engineering Technician focusing on infrastructure design, specifically road and bridge reconstruction. This role involves inspection, drawing review, and data collection for capital projects.

We are seeking a technician with a post-secondary diploma in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 2 years' experience, ideally in a municipal setting. Your expertise will enhance the design review of engineering drawings and ensure thorough construction inspection and administration for the City’s major projects.

Key Responsibilities:• Review engineering drawings related to roads and bridges • Inspect road and infrastructure upgrades throughout the city • Collect and analyze field construction reports • Maintain municipal infrastructure plans and drawings • Support capital improvement project surveys and inspections

Requirements:• Post-secondary diploma in Civil Engineering or related field • Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in a municipal environment • Proficiency in Total Station surveys • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Valid Ontario Class G Drivers Licence
