In this part-time permanent role, you will maintain the Indian Register's integrity and assist members with their status and estates inquiries. You'll collaborate with Indigenous Services Canada to facilitate processes and disseminate important information regarding membership. Key Responsibilities:• Administer and update the Indian Register consistently • Facilitate membership inquiries and status card applications • Monitor and maintain population statistics • Assist with the coordination of voting processes • Support estate processes and collaboration with ISC

Requirements:• Post-secondary degree in office administration or related field • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role • Familiarity with First Nations policies regarding membership • Strong initiative and organizational skills • Proven ability to handle sensitive information
