Customer Service Representative/Admin (Pickering)

Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our clients team for a summer program lasting until September. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to manage administrative duties effectively. This is an ideal summer student position. Please note: our client is located in a rural area of Pickering. There is no Public transportation. You must have your own vehicle. This position does require you to be in office. No remote work. Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone & email. - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally. - Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record maintenance, and report generation. - Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. - Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; college students are encouraged to apply. - Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory. - Robust computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
