About Us We are a growing car rental company specializing in insurance replacement rentals. We are currently looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Personal Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities - Contact customers regarding updates related to their insurance claims - Coordinate and schedule vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs - Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries - Maintain records and support daily administrative operations - Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner Requirements: - Strong communication and customer service skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Professional, friendly, and positive attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Previous receptionist or administrative experience is an asset - Valid driver’s license is an asset Ideal Candidate: - Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone - Detail-oriented and dependable - Able to manage schedules efficiently - Works well independently and as part of a team What We Offer: - Full-time stable position - Supportive and professional work environment - Opportunity for growth within the company How to Apply: Please apply through Indeed with your resume.
