Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office functions to ensure smooth workflow. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks - Handle filing, document proofreading, and organization of office files to ensure easy retrieval and compliance - Provide customer support via phone and in person, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, billing, and basic financial record keeping - Support administrative tasks related to medical or dental office functions if applicable, including appointment scheduling and patient correspondence - Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar management for staff members - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure operational efficiency Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications - Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data accuracy - Excellent customer service skills with skilled phone etiquette - Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and courteously - Clerical experience including filing, data entry, and administrative support in a busy office environment - Familiarity with medical or dental office procedures is a plus, including dental receptionist duties and medical office experience - Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly - Typing speed with high accuracy for efficient data entry - Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple priorities simultaneously This position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong administrative skills who thrive in a professional environment.
