Performs standard engineering assignments typically in areas of design, development, analysis, evaluation, testing, preparation of specifications, execution of field tasks and resolution of field problems. Ensures compliance with government, organization and customer engineering standards. May independently evaluate, select and apply standard technical techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgement in making minor adaptations and modifications. Works on special projects, as directed. Utilizes existing and/or acquired technical expertise to find improved technical solutions to support the product life cycle/replacement of current Framatome technologies. Actively participates in solving technical issues identified by project management, business line management or by customer request with the objective to increase business opportunities for Framatome Canada Ltd. Basic communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data. Exposure to use of CAD modeling and computer programming skills. Ability to obtain valid OPG and/or Bruce Power Security Clearance is required. 78,000 - $82,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses.
