Bilingual Customer Service Associate Pickering

Deliver proactive care as a Bilingual Customer Service Associate. Respond to patient inquiries and maintain timely communication in a remote setting. In this role, you will focus on engaging with patients, addressing their inquiries through telephone and email, and updating their accounts effectively. Your ability to manage requests while maintaining data accuracy will help enhance the patient experience. You'll also be responsible for assessing patient eligibility through documentation.
