We are seeking a results-driven Customer Sales Support / Order Desk to join our high-performance team. In this vital role, you will be the primary engine ensuring our products move from order to delivery with absolute precision. You will serve as a critical link between our customers, the sales department, and our production facility, managing the flow of information to ensure we meet our rigorous delivery schedules. Responsibilities · Respond to inquiries promptly, providing technical product details for our services and merchandise via phone and email. · Act as a dedicated resource for the sales team, assisting with quotes, lead follow-ups, and data input into the customer account management system. · Accurately execute order entry and data management within the ERP system, ensuring all specifications are captured. · Consult with the Shipping Department and external carriers to coordinate timely deliveries and optimize shipping schedules. · Oversee billing processes, including invoice generation and the processing of customer payments. · Receive, document, and investigate customer complaints, working cross-functionally to provide swift and satisfactory resolutions. · Manage and resolve Customers complaints. · Support general administrative functions to ensure the smooth daily operation of the sales office. Qualifications · Completion of High School (minimum requirement) · 2-3 years experience in a Manufacturing Environment or Inside Sales · Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (applications include Excel, Word) and ERP applications Personal characteristics: · Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
