Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) (Pickering)

ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a dedicated RMT to step into a thriving role with an established, expanding patient base. In this position, you will: - Assess patient health histories and collaborate with our diverse healthcare team to build tailored treatment strategies. - Communicate treatment pathways and anticipated recovery milestones clearly to clients. - Formulate, deliver, and fine-tune therapeutic massage techniques tailored to each patient's clinical presentation and ongoing feedback. - Keep meticulous, secure, and current clinical notes. - Monitor patient recovery trajectories and adapt treatment protocols accordingly. - Uphold the rigorous charting and record-keeping benchmarks mandated by the CMTO. ABOUT YOU - Experience: Minimum of 2+ years practicing as an RMT within an established clinical setting. - Credentials: Active, valid registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). - Communication: Fully fluent in English, both verbal and written. - Mindset: A warm, high-energy professional who thrives in a collaborative, integrated, multidisciplinary environment. - Skills: Exceptional interpersonal communication, outstanding patient-care standards, and the confidence to help grow your practice. WHAT WE OFFER - Compensation: Earning potential up to CA$79.20 per hour. - Financial Flexibility: Your choice of a percentage split or a steady hourly rate (up to 40 hours). - Schedule: Flexible hours with both part-time and full-time tracks available. - Turnkey Practice: We manage the heavy lifting.
