Design Engineer Manager The Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers, overseeing the design, development, and delivery of high‑quality design and engineering solutions. Technical Oversight Guide the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Project & Delivery Management Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are on time and within scope. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Set transparent goals and expectations, conducting regular performance reviews and feedback sessions. Process & Quality Define and refine engineering processes to improve efficiency and quality. Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team. Work closely with business leaders to align engineering initiatives with organizational objectives. Partner with recruitment teams to attract, hire, and onboard top engineering talent. Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Structural). 10+ years of engineering experience, ideally with 2‑3 years in a leadership role. Ability to balance hands‑on technical contributions with leadership responsibilities. Broad and extensive engineering and administrative experience.
