Gender Equality Research Volunteer Position (Pickering)

Engage in meaningful LGBTQIA+ research as a Gender Research Officer in Kingston, Jamaica with Cuso International. This role is centered on empowering gender advocacy through analytical support. You will volunteer to advance Caribbean Vulnerable Communities' research capabilities, focusing on the lived experiences of the LGBTQIA+ community. Your contributions will include reviewing and analyzing critical research documents while supporting ongoing initiatives by the Eastern Caribbean Alliance for Gender Equality. A university degree and relevant experience in diversity advocacy are prerequisites.
