Showroom Receptionist (Pickering)

Job Overview MD Kitchen & Bath is a Renowned Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling company in Pickering, seeking a qualified and highly personable Showroom Receptionist to be the first point of contact for all clients. This role is essential to the client experience. You will greet every walk-in visitor, manage incoming calls and inquiries, and help ensure the showroom operates in an organized and polished manner. Responsibilities - Greet and welcome all walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner - Engage with visitors, understand their needs, and direct them appropriately - Provide basic showroom tours and introduce products - Record and manage walk-in client information accurately - Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly - Schedule and coordinate appointments for the design team - Maintain the showroom’s appearance, cleanliness, and organization at all times - Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience Requirments - 1–3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Basic familiarity with kitchen or renovation products (cabinets, countertops etc) - Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Professional appearance and demeanor - Confident and comfortable interacting with clients - Organized and detail-oriented - Reliable, punctual, and consistent Ideal Candidate - Naturally welcoming and professional - Takes initiative and maintains a high standard of presentation - Comfortable starting conversations with walk-in clients - Able to remain composed and organized in a busy environment - Detail-oriented and dependable Pay: $17.30-$20.00 per hour Benefits: - In office parking Experience: - Kitchen and Bath, Home Improvement or Real Estate: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pd4rm
