Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members for our eventing to night shift to join our dynamic kitchen staff. As a vital part of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals in a fast-paced workplace. Responsibilities - Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. - Assist with meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly handled. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. - Support fellow team members in food service tasks, including plating and serving dishes. - Handle food items safely, following proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety. - Participate in kitchen inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed. - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours. Experience - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. - Familiarity with cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards is essential. - Experience in food handling and kitchen operations will be highly regarded. - A passion for the food industry and a desire to learn and grow within the culinary field are important qualities for success in this role.
