What We're Looking For As a Store Manager at Showcase, you’ll bring your entrepreneurial spirit to life. You are a natural leader with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a winning team. Reporting to your District Manager, you’ll drive top-line sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and bring our brand to life in every interaction. What You’ll Be Doing - Recruit, train, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team - Lead with passion and energy while delivering expert product knowledge - Create a fun, interactive atmosphere. Complete with live in-store demos - Coach your team to meet or exceed sales goals and key performance metrics - Maintain high operational standards across all areas of the store - Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service What You’ll Need to Succeed - 2+ years of retail management experience - A strong customer-first mindset and engaging communication style - Proven ability to inspire and develop top performers - Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Experience with live product demonstrations is a bonus - And most importantly, a passion for FUN!
