Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor your team of collection professionals • Ensure compliance with timekeeping and performance standards • Facilitate ongoing training and development for team members • Address complex customer inquiries and complaints • Track team performance and identify improvement areas

Requirements: • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role • In-depth knowledge of collections best practices • Proven ability to achieve performance targets • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills • Bilingual in French is preferred
