About the Chance - Processing complex monthly payrolls using ADP Workforce Now® - Responding to payroll inquiries from employees regarding payroll, benefit and RRSP related questions - Preparing payroll journal entry upload file using Excel - Preparing annual T4 statements and year‑end reconciliations About You - A minimum of 5 years in a payroll related role with primary responsibility for payroll administration and processing within a complex environment - Demonstrated expert knowledge and experience working with ADP Workforce Now - Payroll Accounting (journal entries, T4, reconciliations) Eligibility You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada. Pay Range $40 - $45 / hour Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as participation in the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
