Leadership that supports you A work setting that has flexible work locations (including hybrid), hours of work and overall employee wellness support A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - or an equivalent combination of education and experience 7 years of experience in a progressively responsible labour relations role within a broader public sector agency and/or medium to large sized private or public corporation with unionized workforces, including at least 3 years of program or people leadership experience Expertise in developing and managing programs that enhance employee wellness, facilitate workplace accommodations, and ensure successful return to work transitions Willingness to travel to head office, field offices and corporate events across
Ontario as needed Lead the development of ER & LR strategies, frameworks, and policies that promote a positive and legally compliant workplace Manage the collective bargaining process, grievance handling, workplace investigations, and union‑management committees Provide expert advice to leaders and executives on employee relations, labour disputes, CBA interpretation, and employment legislation Oversee disability management, workplace accommodations, and return‑to‑work programs, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements Direct health and safety, wellness, and risk assessment initiatives, including WSIB programs and Joint Health and Safety Committee processes Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to align ER/LR strategies with organizational priorities Develop and deliver training, workshops, and educational tools to strengthen ER/LR knowledge across the organization Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of
