About the Role This isn't a call centre job. You're outside, talking to homeowners, closing deals face to face. If you've ever wanted to make real money based on what you actually produce — this is it. We're McKennon Home Services, a growing exterior cleaning company serving homeowners across Durham Region and the GTA. We do window cleaning, power washing, gutter cleaning, and more. We're expanding our sales team and we need people who can knock doors, hold conversations, and close. What you'll be doing You go door to door in residential neighbourhoods, introduce our services to homeowners, and book jobs on the spot. We give you the territory, the script, the training, and the support. You bring the hustle. What you'll earn Straight commission — 15 to 25% per job closed, paid out weekly. Our reps average $800–$1,500/week in season. Your ceiling is whatever you're willing to work for. We don't cap it.
