Autocad and Mozaik Millwork Drafter (Millwork Shop) (Pickering)

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD & Mozaik Millwork Drafter to join our millwork shop team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate shop drawings, production-ready plans, and cut lists for custom cabinetry and architectural millwork projects. Experience working in a millwork shop environment is a must. Key Responsibilities - Create detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD and Mozaik - Produce layouts, elevations, sections, and assembly drawings for custom millwork - Generate CNC-ready files, cut lists, and material optimization plans using Mozaik - Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and design intent - Coordinate with project managers, designers, and shop floor staff - Revise drawings based on feedback and field/site conditions - Ensure drawings meet production standards, timelines, and quality requirements - Maintain organized drawing files and documentation Requirements - Minimum 4 years of experience in a millwork shop (required) - Proven experience drafting cabinetry, casework, or architectural millwork - Strong proficiency in AutoCAD - Hands-on experience with Mozaik cabinet software - Solid understanding of millwork construction methods, materials, and hardware - Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings - Knowledge of CNC processes and manufacturing workflows is an asset - High attention to detail and accuracy - Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications - Experience working directly with shop production teams - Familiarity with woodworking machinery and fabrication processes - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Work Environment - Based in a fast-paced millwork shop environment - Close collaboration with production, engineering, and installation teams Job Type: Full time Pay: $17.53-$40.00 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ptfuj
