Description
Position Summary Social Worker, Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Psychoeducator or Sexologist– EAP Counsellor – Dorval, QC. Permanent, part‑time or full‑time (3 to 5 days per week).
Responsibilities Provide short‑term counselling to clients, manage administrative requirements, and participate in team meetings and peer groups.
Adapt interventions to fit your personal style and the needs of a diverse client base.
Efficiently manage administrative tasks using clinical templates and technology tools.
Participate in team meetings, peer groups, and open discussions.
Qualifications
Master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or related field.
Registered member in good standing with OPQ, OTSTCFQ, OPPQ or OPSQ.
At least five years of clinical experience.
Able to set short‑term goals and use a solution‑focused approach.
Empathetic, able to manage crisis or high‑risk situations.
Strong time‑management skills and ability to handle high volume of clients.
Proficiency in French required; bilingualism is an asset.
