Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring and training, to enable employees to reach their goals. Delegate and organize resources to meet the company’s objective in R&T.; Lead manpower planning activities and budget preparation. Support senior management and technical leaders to align on research strategies, priorities and decisions. Manage communication and visibility reports for the various levels of the organization on risk mitigation, execution, resource allocation and budget. Communicate effectively and favor effective open communication. Coordinate the efforts of Bombardier's support functions - Legal Services, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Communications – to carry out your team’s mandates. Support the continuous improvement of your team’s mandates. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering. More than 15 years of relevant experience in aeronautics engineering, including 3 years as a team leader. Strong knowledge of R&T; management practices. Strong experience working with multidisciplinary and technically complex projects in the aeronautics industry, and solid knowledge of early aircraft development phases. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and activities. Strive for harmonious cohesive teamwork and support knowledge sharing at all levels. Autonomous, result-driven, and enthusiastic with strong work ethics. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to tailor communication to suit the audience. Ability to represent Bombardier with industry, academia, and partner organizations. Fluent in French and English.
