Lead technical operations as an EMC Test Specialist at Matrox, focusing on testing, reporting, and compliance in our ISO 17025 accredited lab. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain the highest quality standards. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the EMC laboratory's technical aspects. Your expertise in EMC norms and standards will guide the testing, documentation, and training processes. Acting as a vital link within the Conformity Group, you will also take the reins in supporting clients and maintaining accreditation. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EMC norms and standards • Perform EMC testing and generate test reports • Calibrate internal test equipment for ISO compliance • Train employees on EMC and RF testing methodologies • Manage third-party product testing and communicate issues Requirements: • University Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering • Experience with EMC and RF testing practices • Familiarity with ISO 17025 standards • Motivated and detail-oriented individual • Robust troubleshooting and organization skills Utilize your technical expertise to enhance EMC testing and uphold quality standards at Matrox.
