Customer Service Representative (Dorval)

REQUIREMENT: Bilingual (French and English) SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: * Superior Customer Service Skills, Professional Manner and an outgoing personality * Self-starter with the ability to work independently and undirected and also as a part of a team * Detail-oriented, organized and excellent communication skills. * Functional math skills with the ability to make timely decisions and think on their feet. * Friendly and outgoing personality * Honest, Trustworthy and strong willingness to learn RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet Customers an answer questions and provide information in a clear and concise manner * Answer phones, book reservations and open/close rental agreements * Perform vehicle inspections and exchanges * Pick up and drop off customers as needed * Fleet Management duties * Perform daily business tasks of an Automobile rental office * Effectively address and resolve customer issues *Assist other employees in maintaining a productive and pleasant working environment * Keep working areas clean, qualified and orderly * Inputting information into computer software programs daily * Recommending to management vehicle maintenance and fueling when required * Familiarity with processing credit authorizations * Wash and detail vehicles in the fleet as needed EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * Minimum of 1-year customer service required * Valid Driving License with a clean driving record * Automobile rental experience is considered a strong asset but not required * Willing and able to work flexible shifts in support of the changing business needs * Excellent communication skills * Bilingual (French and English) NOTE - MUST BE LEGALLY ALLOWED TO WORK FULL TIME IN CANADA Work remotely - No Job Type: Full-time Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $19.00 per hour Education: - Secondary School (preferred) Experience: - customer service: 1 year (required) Language: - French (required) - English (required) Licence/Certification: - Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2nxogn
