Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, you will provide comprehensive legal support throughout M&A; processes, including structuring, due diligence, and negotiations. Your collaboration with Finance, Tax, and HR leaders will ensure alignment on strategic objectives while effectively managing legal risks. You will draw on your project management and negotiation talents to drive successful outcomes in complex deals.
