You have 10+ years of experience in aerospace industry, including experience in engineering project/program roles You demonstrated strength in aircraft-level / cross-functional scope definition, top-level schedule definition, cost definition and budget ownership You possess a deep understanding of technology maturation strategies (TRL) and/or aircraft conceptual development and system integration You are able to balance innovation with execution discipline You have robust leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities You communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including executive leadership You strive for harmonious cohesive teamwork.
