Sales | Client Outreach | Growth opportunities Opportunity Diligence Wealth Management – Manulife Wealth Montreal, QC | Full-Time Diligence Wealth Management is seeking a motivated and confident Business Development Representative to support our growing advisory team through outbound calling, lead generation, client outreach, and appointment setting. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role ideal for individuals with backgrounds in sales, telemarketing, customer service, hospitality, business development, or call center environments. If you are comfortable speaking with people, confident on the phone, competitive, and motivated by growth opportunities, this could be an excellent fit. No financial industry experience is required. Full training is provided. Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective clients - Generate leads through proactive outreach - Introduce prospective clients to our financial services - Build rapport and maintain professional conversations - Schedule appointments for the advisory team - Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records - Support business development and client acquisition efforts Qualifications - Robust communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day - Professional and confident phone presence - Strong work ethic and reliability - Comfortable working in a performance-driven setting - Experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, hospitality, or call centers considered an asset - Bilingual (English/French) considered a strong asset Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
