Description
We are seeking a creative, highly organized, and self-directed Multimedia Content Producer to join our Content Team. This role is responsible for producing engaging, video and multimedia content that supports campaigns, product launches, sales enablement initiatives, trade shows, and digital marketing efforts. From concept through final delivery, you will own the development, storyboarding, scripting, production, and editing of a wide range of content. You are comfortable balancing multiple projects at once, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders, and translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling visual stories. This is a hands‑on production role suited for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, technical B2B environment where volume, deadlines, and clarity of messaging matter.
Responsibilities Video Production&Editing
Produce, film, and edit a high volume of multimedia content, including product demos, promotional videos, testimonials, training materials, trade show signage assets, and social media clips
Operate video production equipment such as cameras, lighting, and audio for in‑house shoots and recordings
Lead post‑production workflows, including editing, motion graphics, sound design, and formatting content for various platforms
Ensure all deliverables meet brand and quality standards while maintaining efficient turnaround times
Storytelling&Content Development
Own narrative development, including scripting and storyboarding, ensuring videos clearly communicate complex product value in a compelling way
Collaborate with the rest of the Content team and the Product Management team to align content with messaging and campaign objectives
Translate technical product capabilities into accessible, engaging visual stories tailored to specific audiences
Identify creative approaches that elevate storytelling and visual clarity
3D&Motion Graphics
Develop motion graphics and visual elements that enhance production value and clarity
Create 3D visuals and animations to support product demonstrations, feature highlights, and other marketing initiatives
With minimal direction, manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and communicate progress and roadblocks clearly
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Maintain organized project workflows and documentation
Contribute ideas that improve creative output and production efficiency
Qualifications
DEC or degree in Film/Video Production, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in video production and editing (agency or in‑house)
Demonstrated creativity through a portfolio showcasing video, motion graphics, and 3D work
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Experience with video production equipment such as cameras, lighting, audio, and/or streaming tools
Experience with storyboarding, scriptwriting, and/or graphic production
Experience with 3D software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar)
Strong understanding of storytelling techniques and visual aesthetics
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
Strong English communication skills (oral and written); French is an asset
Bonus: experience leveraging AI tools to streamline production workflows (e.g., editing assistance, captioning, ideation, asset generation)
