Intern, Operational Excellence - Communications (Fall 2026), Dorval

Job Overview Intern, Operational Excellence– Communications, Fall 2026. Location: Dorval, QC, Canada. Duration: 8 months. Flexible workplace – Hybrid.

Open to students only; not open to new graduates. Interns may occasionally travel outside of Canada.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the creation of communication content (presentations, documents, infographics, internal articles).

Support the formatting and clarification of messages tailored to various audiences (employees, leaders, communities of practice).

Support the updating, organization, and optimization of content on SharePoint.

Participate in the promotion of continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, training sessions, projects).

Contribute to the organization of recognition events highlighting teams and achievements.

Support the planning and coordination of ad‑hoc internal events (workshops, meetings, forums, BOE activities).

Participate in the preparation of content for social media, including LinkedIn posts.

Support the team in preparing material for meetings, training sessions, and internal events.

Qualifications

Undergraduate or graduate student in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

Strong written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).

Ability to structure information, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.

Bilingual in French and English (required).

Knowledge of Spanish is an asset.

Interest in Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence.

Aptitude for visual communication and event coordination.
