About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly skilled Part-Time Administrative Assistant with direct experience in the financial services industry. This role supports an established Investment Advisor in delivering exceptional wealth management services to a premier West Island clientele. You will manage critical administrative workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as a reliable point of contact for clients. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding: Prepare, review, and process new account documentation and wealth management agreements. Transaction Processing: Coordinate account transfers (ATON), follow up on documentation tracking, and assist with trade execution processing. Compliance Administration: Maintain accurate client files in strict compliance with industry regulatory standards (CIRO/MFDA). Client Relations: Professionally handle client inquiries via phone and email, scheduling reviews and managing the Advisor's calendar. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience within a financial planning, wealth management, or brokerage environment. Languages: Full professional bilingualism (fluent English and French) is mandatory for serving our local client base. Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial products Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with financial platforms, back-office processing systems, and MS Office. Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive financial data with complete confidentiality.
