We are looking for a Program Manager to manage EPR reporting, artwork changes, conferences, product sample distribution, data systems, hardware and IT support.

Main Responsibilities Extended Producer Responsibilities (EPR)

Work with our Pro to complete required data submissions and pay invoices.

Update product Master Data worksheet and data for new and existing products.

Coordinate with environmental organizations and data collection programs (Federal Plastic Registry, ARMA, RPRA, ECC, Clean Farms, etc.) to ensure compliance.

Conference/Trade Show Management

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to manage deadlines and coordinate registrations, bookings, materials, prizes, samples.

Manage booth logistics and materials.

Maintain Conference Tracker and conduct monthly meetings with team.

Artwork Change Management

Implement and destroy old components.

Communicate changes to BG/TSV when required.

Update Compendium and project tracker.

Ensure updated pack shots are available and shared.

Product Sample Distribution Coordination

Maintain tracker and coordinate samples for conferences, reps, product stores, special projects.

Ensure SOP is followed by Dechra Canada employees.

Provide onboarding training.

Data Systems, Hardware and IT support

Maintain and update data systems for Operations, using Oracle and other systems.

Manage iPad deployment and troubleshoot IT issues.

Initiate laptop imaging for new employees.

THRIVE Representative

Attend global meetings.

Coordinate activities for Canadian team.

Provide synopsis of benefit programs during onboarding.

SDS Management

Manage SDS updates and distribution.

Create new product SDS.

Keep tracker updated.

The Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations‑related role, preferably pharmaceutical.

Strong written and oral communication skills in English and French.

Knowledge of packaging component specifications preferred.

EPR experience preferred.

Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem‑solving abilities.

Quick learning and adapting to new concepts, ideas, technologies.

Experience in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.

Ability to translate idea or need into a solution or work product.

Self‑motivation.

Proficient in MS Office; ability to learn new systems and software.

Experience with Oracle/SAP preferred.

Occasional travel may be required.
