What are your contributions to the team?

Plan in a detailed and realistic approach the deployment of standard Quality processes in all Bombardier sites.

Develop communication, change management and risks mitigation plans based on a solid understanding of the differences between sites.

Define metrics and control systems that facilitate sustaining initiatives, decision making and action.

Plan workshops, map processes, generate training materials and support the sessions.

Act as a coach to management and stakeholders to encourage them to adopt and maintain the best practices.

Act as a coordinator to ensure ownership and follow-up of issues by stakeholders.

Plan and lead weekly meetings to present progress and performance to management.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge&experience

You hold a degree and have at least five (5) years of experience in the field of engineering, operations management or any other relevant field or experience.

You have a background in project management.

You have a background in the deployment of IT tools (an asset).

You have a PMI (PMP) certification (an asset).

You have experience in the aviation industry or in a highly regulated field (an asset).

You have a talent for simplifying and synthesizing complex information while adapting it to your audience, both in writing and verbally.

You work autonomously and rigorously, both remotely and at the office.

You can work under pressure and manage several priorities at once.

You have a facility for creating partnerships and developing business relationships.

You are dynamic, open-minded and have a sense of initiative.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

You have good skills in developing dashboards (Ex.: Microsoft Power BI).

You speak English and French. (Spanish an asset)
